The Executive Committee is the executive body of the GPSG and is composed of the three elected positions and seven appointed positions. The term of office for all elected and appointed officers is one calendar year, running from May 1 to April 30. All graduate students are eligable to run for an elected position or apply for the appointed positions. Elections typically take place during the March General Assembly.

President

Represent GPSG to the University ** Oversee Administration of GPSG ** Facilitate Collaboration with IUSG ** Serve on University Committees

Vice President

Fill in for the President when Necessary ** Ensure Adherence to GPSG Constitution and Bylaws ** Conduct Assembly Audit

Treasurer

Prepare the Annual Budget for Review by the Assembly ** Oversee the Disbursement of Funds in Accordance with the Budget

Community Development Coordinator

Manage GPSG Publicity and Marketing ** Maintain GPSG Calendar and Scheduling ** Organize GPSG Events

Communication Coordinator

Manage GPSG Marketing ** Work with departments to expand GPSG exposure ** Oversee GPSG Elections ** Facilitate internal GPSG Communication
